‘The Italian Butcher’ dedicated meat menu available every evening from 7pm.
Meat lovers rejoice, as a new experience is taking place at DIFC’s emblematic restaurant, including a dedicated meat menu, serving up premium cuts from Australia, Canada, Ireland and Japan. Available from 7pm every evening, guests are able to select their cut from the impressive meat display, which will then be cooked in the charcoal grill Josper oven. These cuts of beef, lamb, and veal are available as part of The Italian Butcher offering with prices ranging from AED 250 to AED 1000.
Group Executive Chef Francesco Guarracino who’s at the helm of the Roberto’s gastronomic vision has selected a phenomenal selection of quality cuts from around the world. Guarracino says “We take meat very seriously here at Roberto’s and I’m proud to say that I have met with the finest meat producers who are supplying us with an amazing selection of quality cuts that we cook to perfection.”
The amazing The Italian Butcher selection really gets the meat juices flowing with the likes of the 200g Kagoshima Ribeye from Japan, 1.2kg Heritage Angus Tomahawk from Canada, 1kg Dry-Aged John Stone Angus T-Bone from Ireland and 250g Wagyu Westholme Beef Tenderloin from Australia. Succulent Canadian Milk Veal Chop and Grilled Australian Lamb Rack are also available, with sides including Gratin Cauliflower in Mornay Sauce and Marinated Baby Gem Lettuce with Gorgonzola Cheese dressing. Salmoriglio, Peppercorn Mushroom and Bearnaise Sauce prove to be the perfect accompaniments.
